White Cube presents a solo booth by Ilana Savdie at Frieze London 2026

At Frieze London 2026, White Cube presents a solo booth of new paintings and works on paper by Ilana Savdie (b. 1986), shown in dialogue with works by artists whose practices resonate with her own.

Based in Brooklyn and raised in Barranquilla, Colombia, Savdie is best known for her vibrant paintings in acrylic, oil and beeswax, which explore themes of performance, excess, resistance and transgression.

This presentation situates her work within a multigenerational, art-historical lineage of artists who have explored the psychological and material boundaries of the body. Across an open grid, a constellation of works offers a lens through which to read Savdie’s practice.
