Tai Kwun Contemporary presents a solo exhibition of new work by Sarah Morris. Titled ‘Who is Who’, the show features Morris’s latest film ETC (2024) alongside a new wall painting, Lippo [Paul Rudolph] (2024). The exhibition title recalls Adorno’s contemplation of alienation in the modern world, in Minima Moralia: Reflections from Damaged Life.

ETC is a feature-length film, commissioned by M+ and Tai Kwun Contemporary, filmed in Hong Kong in the spring of 2023, considering the psycho-geography of the city. With Lippo [Paul Rudolph], Morris reimagines the legendary Hong Kong commercial site through her signature use of colour and geometric form.
