The Sehwa Museum of Art presents a retrospective dedicated to Georg Baselitz (1938–2026). The first exhibition of the artist’s work to be held in South Korea since his passing earlier this year, it traces the development of his practice and reflects on his artistic legacy.

Bringing together works from the 1960s onwards, the exhibition highlights recurring motifs from across Baselitz’s career, including portraits of his wife and longtime muse, Elke, as well as eagles and inverted figures.
