White Cube is pleased to be a part of the UK Government’s apprenticeship framework. Supported by the Apprenticeship Levy, the programme welcomes talented individuals into the arts sector.
Apprenticeships are paid roles that combine practical, on-the-job experience with structured training and formal assessment, offering an alternative pathway into the sector. Developed in collaboration with experienced educational partners, these apprenticeships are intended for individuals at an early stage in their careers, including those who may not have pursued higher education and who are looking to develop skills and gain experience while working.
As part of our Early Careers in the Arts Programme, apprenticeships are designed for people aged 16 or over to build the skills, confidence and professional networks needed to begin a career in the contemporary art sector through a combination of practical experience and formal learning.

UK Apprenticeships: 2026 Cohort
Press and Media Relations Apprentice
18-Month Placement, London
Based at White Cube Bermondsey and supporting the Communications team across the gallery’s global programme, this apprenticeship is delivered in collaboration with Juice Academy. It combines four days a week of hands-on experience at White Cube with one day of structured study, leading to a recognised qualification in Press and Media Relations.

Registrar Apprentice
24-Month Placement, London
Based in London, the Registrar Apprentice, in partnership with Creative Alliance, will work closely with our Client Services and Loans teams. The programme brings together hands-on experience within the gallery with external training, enabling the apprentice to develop specialist knowledge of the coordination of artworks, loans, logistics, international shipments and collections management while gaining experience across the gallery’s day-to-day operations.
