Michael Armitage is included in 'Prospect.4: The Lotus in Spite of the Swamp', the fourth iteration of the international contemporary art triennial, in New Orleans.

'Prospect.4: The Lotus in Spite of the Swamp' brings together 73 artists from North America, Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, Asia and the European powers that colonised New Orleans, addressing issues of identity, displacement and cultural hybridity within the context of the celebration of the city’s tricentennial.

The works from Prospect.4 will be featured in 17 venues and sites ranging from major museums to public locations. For further information visit the Prospect website.
