To celebrate the opening of Antony Gormley’s exhibition ‘WITNESS: Early Lead Works’ at White Cube Mason’s Yard, the artist will be joined in conversation by Susan May, global artistic director at White Cube.

Originating from the mid-1970s and produced up until the ’90s, the lead sculptures on view in the exhibition are among the most important of the artist’s career. The presentation reveals how some of Gormley’s initial experimentations with the material yielded results that laid the foundations for many subsequent bodies of work.

The talk will begin promptly at 6.30 pm.
