Virginia Overton presents Untitled (cascade) (2020) at The Mill, the first installation to be unveiled at this new venue in Lismore Castle Arts.

Often favouring elemental and frequently recycled materials in her practice, in this work Overton has reassembled salvaged aluminium signs from high-rise corporate buildings and banks in the USA. Held up by industrial ladders and secured by sand bags, the resulting composition serves as a fountain and offers a sensory experience within the gallery space.
