Jessica Rankin has been nominated for the Francis J. Greenburger Award, a bi-annual event that celebrates five under-recognised artists of extraordinary merit. Nominated by Julie Mehretu, Rankin is one of five established artists to be recognised. Her work is firmly interdisciplinary, expressing a multifarious range of subjects through gestural painting and embroidery. The awards will be presented at the New Museum, New York on 12 October 2022.
