Beatriz Milhazes’ Aquarium (2010) goes on display at Cartier Hudson Yards in New York City. A richly ornamented mobile composed of elements inspired by her paintings and collages, Milhazes created the installation for Cartier’s project ‘Artist Meets Artisan’ project. This initiative invited contemporary artists to work in collaboration with the Ateliers Cartier, utilising unused stones to create unique art pieces.
