The Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO) presents ‘Danh Vo: Ships that pass in the night’, the artist’s first solo museum exhibition in Canada.

For the works on view in the exhibition, Vo combines traditional sculptural materials with organic matter, incorporating religious relics and classical fragments into his sculptures.

Organised by the AGO in collaboration with The Shen Foundation, the exhibition opens on 28 November 2026 with a conversation between Vo and art historian and critic Tom McDonough.
