Robert Irwin’s installation ‘Black³’ features in Instituto Inhotim’s group exhibition ‘Lamelas, Irwin, Kusama: Regarding Perception’. The focus of the show is not on the works themselves, but rather on perception, sensations, and the ways in which sculptural elements alter experience with space and art. The exhibition will occupy the temporary gallery space ‘Galeria Lago’, and precedes the opening of a large scale open-air installation that Irwin has specifically designed for Instituto Inhotim.
