La Virreina Centre de la Imatge presents ‘Possible Tales’, a solo exhibition by Jeff Wall featuring a selection of 35 works produced since 1978.

Synthesising the dense and varied nature of Wall’s practice, the exhibition facilitates a dialogue between the artist’s range of registers and modes of expression. The earliest work in the show, a landscape from 1980, adheres to what Wall describes as ‘near-documentary’, whereas the most recent work, produced in 2023, approaches the scene through a ‘cinematographic’ lens.
