Ibrahim Mahama participates in the 35th Bienal de São Paulo with a new installation work. Made in dialogue to his 2019 installation Parliament of Ghosts, his new work replicates the red brick bleachers from the hall of his RED CLAY studio in Tamale Ghana. Also on view are a set of vases and railroad tracks, both referencing Ghana.

This installation becomes a location for collective black work, discourse and cultural production during the Bienal.
