To honour the final week of Richard Hunt’s exhibition ‘Metamorphosis – A Retrospective’, White Cube Bermondsey will host a special evening performance by Bermondsey Chamber Orchestra. Taking place within the gallery space, the orchestra will perform Metamorphosen by Richard Strauss, in dialogue with Hunt’s retrospective.

Bermondsey Chamber Orchestra is a newly formed ensemble made up of musicians from major London orchestras, many of whom are part of the local Bermondsey community. For their performance at White Cube Bermondsey, the orchestra will be composed of 23 string players, led by conductor Tania Mazzetti, Principal Second Violin of the London Philharmonic Orchestra.

The performance will start promptly at 7.30 pm.
Drinks will be served.
