Danh Vo at Bourse de Commerce

Danh Vo will present a new installation in the Rotunda of the Bourse de Commerce. Titled ‘Tropeaoleum’, the trunks and branches of local fallen trees are supported by poles made with wood from the sustainable forests of American farmer and activist Craig McNamara (son of the former US Secretary of Defence who shaped the strategy of the Vietnam War). Other works by the artist from the Pinault Collection and wooden sculptures and fragments that Vo has collected over the years will also be presented in the rotunda.
