白立方香港于2012年在中环干诺道中50号开幕，为白立方首个设于英国以外开的画廊空间，画廊由建筑师Maybank & Matthews建筑师事务所操刀设计，佔地两层，设有两处挑高4.5米的展览空间、图书馆及私洽展厅。
