A solo presentation of work by Ibrahim Mahama opens at the Whitworth Art Gallery, and is premiered at the Manchester International Festival.

Titled ‘Parliament of Ghosts’ the exhibition reflects on the history of Mahama’s home country of Ghana, exploring a nation in transition. The installation is formed of a haunting assemblage of found objects, and is shown alongside painting, sculpture, photography and film.
