White Cube is pleased to present an exhibition of new work by Danh Vo. Vo’s conceptual work explores the influences of institutions, historical and political events on collective and individual identity, probing into the inheritance and construction of cultural conflicts, traumas and values. Manifested through material objects, the artist sheds light on the relation between the inseparable elements that shape our sense of self, merging layers of time and interweaving personal and political narratives.
