Michael Armitage has won the South Bank Sky Arts Visual Art award for his exhibition ‘Paradise Edict’ at London’s Royal Academy of Arts (2021), organised in collaboration with the Haus der Kunst, Munich. The ceremony, presented by Melvyn Bragg, took place at The Savoy Hotel, London, and was broadcast on Wednesday 13 July at 10pm on Sky Arts.
