The National Gallery of Victoria’s 2026 Triennial brings together over 80 projects by almost 100 artists and designers from 35 countries. Presented across all four floors of the museum, the exhibition forms a dialogue with the NGV’s historical collection. Featuring works by Cai Guo-Qiang, Julie Curtiss, Louise Giovanelli and Rachel Kneebone, the NGV Triennial celebrates the leading voices in contemporary art globally.

Spanning painting, video, sculpture, installation, fashion, textiles, ceramics and design, the NGV Triennial is rooted in thought-provoking projects and major new commissions.
