Taschen launch new Beatriz Milhazes monograph

The work of Beatriz Milhazes is explored in a new monograph published by Taschen.

Featuring over 280 artworks, the vibrant collector’s edition is limited to 1000 signed copies and spans the various media and stages throughout Milhazes’ career. A conversation with editor Hans Werner Holzwarth and further essay by David Ebony reveal the processes, ideas and cultural background of her work, alongside a poetic dictionary of key motifs and an extensive artist biography.

Also available as an Art Edition of 100 copies, with the silk-screen print Mango and Passion Fruit in Lilac and Violet, each numbered and signed by Milhazes.

In April 2018 Milhazes will have a major solo exhibition at White Cube Bermondsey, her first UK show in almost a decade.
