Malmö Konsthall presents ‘Casino’, the first solo exhibition in Sweden by Damián Ortega, giving an overview of his practice though sculptures, installations, performances and films. At the centre of the exhibition will be ‘Beetle Trilogy’ (2002–05). Ortega’s ‘epic’ of the Volkswagen Beetle began the year the iconic car model went out of production, exploring its cultural history.

The exhibition was curated by Vicente Todolí, organised in collaboration with, and previously shown at Pirelli HangarBicocca Milan.
