White Cube is a leading contemporary commercial gallery which represents over 60 international artists and artist estates and has locations across three continents. With established galleries in London, Paris, West Palm Beach, Hong Kong, and soon Seoul, White Cube has now expanded to New York.
This standalone building, which opens in a landmark Upper East Side former bank from the 1930s, comprises three levels of exhibition spaces and private viewing rooms.

The inaugural exhibition at White Cube New York brings together artists working in a diverse range of disciplines, from both inside and beyond the gallery’s roster. ‘Chopped & Screwed’ celebrates methods used to re-imagine, bypass and subvert well-established narratives or systems.

A solo exhibition of new paintings by Tracey Emin is the second presentation in the New York galleries. Drawing inspiration from archaeological burial sites, where human remains have been found locked in an eternal embrace, in these works, love is buried, and yet from the sepulchre, new life forms emerge.
