Damien Hirst’s new retrospective exhibition, entitled 'Cornucopia' opens at the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco this April. The extensive exhibition spans the past fifteen years of the artist’s career and includes over sixty works of sculptures and paintings.
The works range from influential vitrine works such as ‘Away from the Flock, (Divided)’ (1995), where Hirst suspended a sheep in formaldehyde to his later butterfly paintings such as the ‘Psalm’ series, amongst others.
The exhibition is supported by the Nouveau Musée National de Monaco, and runs until 30 September 2010.
