‘Inner + Outer Space’ is a two-part exhibit by video artist Candice Breitz at Temporäre Kunsthalle. Investigating the relationship between major pop culture figures and their fans, Breitz brings the changeable relationships between pop music and collective memory to centre stage through works ‘King (A Portrait of Michael Jackson)’ (2005), ‘Queen (A Portrait of Madonna)’ (2005) and ‘Working Class Hero (A Portrait of John Lennon)’ (2006).
From 28 November Breitz will be premièring a new film at the Temporäre Kunsthalle.
